“In sixth grade me and my class were attending an opera called “La vandetta in domino”. I had been to the opera a few times earlier with my parents, but this was something different. I fell in love with opera like only a twelve year old would. Ever since that day opera, and culture in general has become a huge part of my life. Going to the theatre watching plays, going to the opera listening to that wonderful music, it has brought me so many wonderful memories. My love for culture would eventually lead me to getting a job surrounding culture. I would go on to have a long and wonderful career as head of information for the royal dramatic theatre. I worked there for 25 years before, as I like to say, I moved on to a smaller ensemble working for the royal palace, where I worked for 17 years. So if there is one thing I would say that has made me truly happy throughout the years it is culture. That, and my loving husband of course.”
